App keeps reappearing as available update after installing?
This is an App Store bug, we have experienced the same thing lately when updating other people's apps. Please let Apple know what you are experiencing and hopefully they will fix soon.
Is the program compatible with my device?
All apps support both iPhone and iPod Touch. If you are getting an error message that the application does not support your device, please update your device's firmware (operating software) to the newest version. If your application was corrupted during the download process, try deleting the app from the device and install again.
Why does my application not open?
This is a problem that is fixed by updating your device's system to at least version 2.1 and iTunes to at least 8.0.1. For more info see these pages on the Apple website:

How will I know that an update is available?
You can check the "Updates" section of the App store right on the iPhone.
I see some inaccurate information, can you fix it?

A note about corrections: from time to time we are contacted from people who are very angry, shocked, upset, etc. that some of our information is incorrect or missing. We urge users to seek out the facts first before flying off the handle, it saves us all a lot of trouble. (On several occasions we have been accused of editing or removing the Bill of Rights to supposedly suit our own purposes for example. The Bill of Rights is of course located in the Amendments section of the Constitution.)
